A number of our followers, advanced in the art of “sliding,” made a pilgrimage to our temple and asked us for a new wheel specifically for their needs. We took the tried and tested “Cult Classic” shape, and created a new chemistry for it – SLIDE-O-MATIC. This advanced polymetic creation is faster, harder and stronger than MYSTOTHANE, which makes the Converter ultra smooth and ultra slippery. Our extensive experiments have shown them to be ideal for learning the way of the skid.

Try them… and be converted.

They were not as slidey as i would like but had a way smooth slide that was nearly silent. My personal wheel for some fast speed glove slides because they were pretty quick.

These wheels are the emperor of all slide wheels, they slide like ice right out of the packaging! A great wheels for anything u wanna do on em! They slide more then my old 88a flashbacks! Great wheels I deffingetly recomend them for an expererienced rider, or a begginer tryiung to learn to slide.

Sick of scaring hot women away with your chattery sloppy set-up? Converters leave chiquita’s entranced with smooth full bodied slides, deal sealing drifts and mind bending powerskids. Why ride inferior wheels when you can be CONVERTED!!!

First of all, I love cult wheels and everything they make. These wheels don’t change anything about that! The first day, I’m not going to lie, they were scary. Hella scary. But once you have a chance to tame them, you can unlock their potential as the best slide wheels known to man! Before, I was holding my standies out for about 10 meters but the second day on these and I wouldn’t hesitate to say that’s doubles. Converters don’t take half the speed that classics did when sliding so you can hold anything out for days. They’re surprisingly smooth as well, with how hard they are you’d think that they’d feel similar to snowballs but they’re icy and buttery if that makes sense? Like frozen butter. I blame these wheels for me learning slide shuvs and no comply standies. Thanks cult!

After riding the first day with these wheels, i could not resist to come here and build some hype. Converters are the new standard for slidingwheels. Speedchecks have never been this fun before and the speed won’t slow down too much even when throwing bigger slides rotating over 540°. First i was little sceptic about how good they are when freeriding, but i was happily surprised when i noticed that they were also able to maintain grip when carving in higher speeds. Of course i’m not talking about speeds over 40 km/h, but below that, they’re relatively easy to control. I still need to give them a try when bombing hills with really high speeds haha. But as i was saying, they’re also bad-ass for freeriding. If i had to say anything other than compliments, i would say that these weels drift pretty long and returning the grip when thrown in to drift is a bit more difficult than with for example cult classics. This of course makes drifts really long, witch is kinda cool when drifting to corners on wider roads, but then instead on more narrow roads it might be a little tricky to maintain your “racing line”, as i would like to call it since i don’t know the real term for it. But after all it’s all about how you like it, and personally i think these are just the right wheels for me when sliding/freeriding.
